INCOMING STAFF
KA 171-Third Countries Not Associated to the Programme
Eligible staff for Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility (STT) is academic or administrative staff who work at universities of that have signed an inter-institutional agreement in third countries not associated to the programme.
An inter institutional agreement must be signed before starting the mobility. Eligible universities from the third countries not associated to the programme are listed.
The selection of the academic or administrative staff for mobility is made at the sending university in a third country not associated to the programme according to the rules of the Erasmus + program guide. Universities in those countries send the list of eligible applicants to the Erasmus office of Adiyaman University at least 4 weeks before the start of the mobility.
Selected academic or administrative staff apply with the required documents to the Erasmus Office of Adiyaman University. Staff Information Form will be filled out and send by the applicant to the Erasmus Coordinatorship (erasmus@adiyaman.edu.tr).
The departmental Erasmus coordinators of the Adiyaman University approve the candidates based on the educational mobility and the agreement and evaluate the following criteria:
• General target of mobility;
• Content of the teaching / training program;
• Expected results and impacts;
• Added value of mobility.
Immediately after receiving a list of approved candidates, the Erasmus Office notifies the University in the third country not associated to the programme and the approved candidates.
A participant can start his trip one day before the start of the mobility or return one day after the end of the mobility, but only up to two additional days (one day before the mobility and one day after the end of the mobility) are taken into account when calculating the individual funding. The Erasmus office of Adiyaman University provides the necessary documents (e.g. invitation) for the visa procedure.
Academic or administrative staff who are entitled to Personal Training Mobility (STT), benefit from the Erasmus + program by signing the scholarship agreement that is the basis for the payment of the scholarship. The scholarship contract must be signed 2 weeks before the planned mobility. After the mobility has ended, a certificate of attendance will be issued for the beneficiary.
